Legal Assistant
Fendrick Morgan is a boutique estate planning and elder law firm seeking a full-time legal assistant. A successful applicant will have strong typing skills, and be comfortable and efficient with dictation. Please do not apply if you do not possess this skill set. Personality matters. We are in search of someone with excellent communication skills, who will be able to comfortably and confidently interact with clients. We are looking for a self-starter who is able to juggle multiple tasks. Significantly, this person must be a team player and willing to help out with other office tasks when needed. Prior law firm experience strongly preferred, but not required. Compensation commensurate with experience. Benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plan, available. z
Responsibilities:
Transcribing dictation of correspondence and legal documents
Handle communication with clients
Provide administrative support to attorneys and enhance office effectiveness
Answer and direct phone calls
Intake and scheduling of appointments
Confirming appointments
Strong typing skills – both in speed and accuracy
Prior experience as an administrative assistant (legal experience not required)
Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a professional office
Computer literacy
Excellent secretarial and organizational skills
Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure.

Estate and Trust Paralegal
Kulzer & DiPadova, P.A., a boutique tax, trust, and estate law firm located in Haddonfield, New Jersey, seeks full-time trust and estate paralegal. Position includes assisting attorneys and staff with estate planning document drafting, estate and trust administration including preparation of gift tax returns, estate & inheritance tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, fiduciary accountings, probate documents and estate litigation support. Qualified candidates should have at least 3 years trusts and estate experience and must demonstrate excellent communication, writing and organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task, attention to detail and working knowledge of MS Office products.
