High School Scholarship Awards
High School Scholarship Awards Program

The recipients of the Camden County Bar Foundation High School Awards Program are selected by the Board of Trustees based upon recommendation from each one of the public and private Camden County High Schools that participate in the program. Most schools use grade point average, extracurricular activities, and community service involvement as it main criteria for recommendation.

Each recipient receives a $250 cash award to be used to help defray the cost of his or her college education. In addition, one student who is selected as the "Best of the Best" receives an additional $1,000.

Any interested graduating high school senior should check with their guidance department for more information.

The Ann S. Salsberg Scholarship Award is a $2,000 award given annually by the Camden County Bar Foundation and is available to all high school graduating seniors or high school graduates whom are City of Camden residents.

The Jay A. Strassberg Memorial Scholarship Award is awarded annually by the Camden County Bar Foundation to any Temple University undergraduate student majoring in the Journalism, Public Relations, and Advertising Department of the School of Communications and Theater Arts.
