Continuing Legal Education Policies
CLE Credits:

Program participants are responsible for keeping track of the CLE credits earned throughout the year.

New Jersey is self-reporting and the Board does not record credit-by-credit course work. Attorneys must maintain possession of their Certificates of Attendance for at least three years. In the event of an audit, attorneys will be asked to produce those records to verify compliance. BCLE Reg. 401:1

If you do not have an accounting of the Pennsylvania credits you have earned, logon to www.asapnexus.org. and follow the instructions:

CLE Materials:

Seminar materials are available in three formats: compact disk, email or paper packets. To assist the CCBA in its efforts to control costs and respect the environment, it is strongly suggested that program participants request materials either on a compact disk or via an emailed pdf.

Materials are available to non-registrants for $25 (CCBA members), $50 (non-members).

CLE Payment Policy:

Registration fees must be paid by cash, check or credit card, prior to the seminar. Anyone who must be billed will be charged an additional $25 to cover the associated administrative costs. Program presenters and moderators are also responsible for paying the Pennsylvania CLE credit fees. This policy applies to both pre-registrants and walk-ins. Unregistered "walk-ins" will be charged an additional $15.

CLE Financial Hardship Policy:

The CLE Committee of the Camden County Bar Association may, at its discretion, waive the course fee for any attorney, member or non-member, who wishes to attend an Association CLE program, but for whom the cost would be a financial hardship.

Requests for tuition waiver will not be accepted at the door. Requests for tuition waiver, along with an explanation of hardship, must be received in writing at least 10 days prior to the p[program via FAX to 856.482.0637.

The payment of any state's CLE Credit Fees will remain the responsibility of the attorney.

CLE Cancellation Policy:

Full refunds will be given to registrants whose cancellations are received at least 48 hours before the program begins. No refunds will be granted thereafter.

Substitute attendees, however, are welcome to attend. Pay at the door registrants are held to the same policy as prepaid registrants, and will be invoiced if cancellation is not properly received. Program materials will be provided to pre-paid registrants who do not attend.
